Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Director in the company’s marketing projects / campaigns and social media marketing tasks.
- Lead and manage marketing projects / campaigns throughout the year.
- Coordinate and collaborate / work with leaders and staff across all departments within the company to ensure the success of the marketing project(s) / campaign(s).
- Develop and execute strategies to help build and grow the current pool of followers across the company’s social media platforms.
- Manage and liaise with different external vendors to ensure the company’s website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.
- Work with multiple external marketing vendors to ensure the company’s paid marketing ads / campaigns are consistently updated with accurate information
- Track and report marketing project(s) / campaign(s) performances.
- Oversee the company’s online social media platforms, manage and schedule creative assets to be posted on different platforms, ensuring regular updates of the latest promotions and information.
- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for digital media, including promotional materials, social media graphics, videos, and presentations based on team’s direction and brief.
- Assist in content creation and copywriting for the company’s website (e.g. blog posts / newsletters / e-posters) and social media platforms.
- Manage and work with external vendors on different marketing campaigns (Omnichat, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and etc)
- Engage with customers via our digital platforms and respond to customers’ inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback
- Any other marketing team’s tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager
More information about this role:
- Host LIVE shows on the company’s social media platforms to promote company’s products / programs.
- Assist in content creation and participating in shoots (i.e. behind-the scenes / appearing on camera) for the company’s videos.
- Confident, camera-friendly, and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
- Experience in live streaming, hosting, sales, or content creation (preferably on TikTok and/or other social platforms).
- Ability to think on your feet and handle audience questions within the live stream.
- Fluent in English, with excellent articulation and enthusiasm.
- Assist the Marketing Team in all social media and other marketing tasks during livestreaming sessions.
- Perform admin duties to help manage the company’s social media platforms.
Candidates with proficiency and experience in the following will have added advantage
- Well-spoken and confident when facing the camera to host LIVE shows or doing video recording
- Proficiency and experience in using AI apps, MS Word and Google Drive • Proficiency and experience in using TikTok app’s creator studio for business account
- Proficiency and experience in editing videos using Capcut app effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency and experience in writing and editing Chinese marketing materials and creatives (For candidates who studied Chinese as Mother Tongue)
- Proficiency and experience in using Xiaohongshu app’s creator to upload of posts for business account (For candidates who studied Chinese as Mother Tongue)
- Ability to do SEO for website content and YouTube for company’s channels
Job Requirements
1) Qualifications
- Candidates who are proficient in English (and/or Chinese)
- Degree / Diploma in Digital Marketing, Creative Writing
- Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Level / IB Diploma or equivalent and subject combination included Literature or Humanities
- Relevant experiences (Preferably worked as copywriter / writer / public relations / journalism / content creator)
- Experience with TikTok, Capcut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Existing students in tertiary institutions may apply for this position as an intern (subjected to company headcount policies for this position)
2) Working hours
- 10.20am – 7.20pm (Weekday)
- 8.45am – 6.30pm (Weekend)
3) Monthly Salary Range: $3,000 – $3,500
4) Location: Tiong Bahru, Central Plaza
