W@W students learn in a dynamic classroom where everyone is engaged in weekly discussions of different story developments. We teach them how to be inclusive and empathetic towards every classmate’s idea during classroom discussions, and we also create healthy competition in a conducive learning environment as they revise their work weekly to tackle quizzes.
Through these W@W classroom experiences, we guide and coach them to become cohesive collaborators. W@W students grow up to become tomorrow’s leaders who can bring people together and make them feel like they are part of the solution in a competitive environment.
