Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Nathan Chow, VIA Coordinator of 4-10. My class would like to contribute meaningfully to the Animal Concerns Research and Education Society (ACRES) by setting up a booth and initiating a fundraising drive. Our booth and fundraising drive could be carried out in the school foyer, from 17 to 21 October. As most schoolmates would have completed their examinations, they will be more inclined to learn more about animal cruelty. Our project can take place during recess (10.25am to 11.15am) and after school (3pm-5pm). As most students will walk past the school foyer en route to the canteen or the Main Gate, we will be able to attract them to visit our booth.
